The Company is pleased to announce that as at 30 September 2007 its net asset
value, before taking account of the special interim dividend of 1.5 pence per
Ordinary share, was 82.7 pence per Ordinary share.
This compares to 79.7 pence per Ordinary share as at 30 June 2007 and represents
an increase of 3.8%.
The total return (Net Asset Value plus cumulative dividends paid) at 30
September 2007 was 91.7 pence per share (90.3 pence per share 30.09.06).
