Total Voting Rights

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 31 December 2014, the Company's share capital consists of 62,556,876 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with voting rights.  In addition, the Company holds 1,910,022 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Treasury.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 62,556,876.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
