BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION

 

Britvic plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 3 ,300,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange. These consists of:

1,300,000 ordinary shares in relation to the Company's Share Incentive Plan.

2,000,000 ordinary shares in relation to the Company's Executive Share Option Plan.

These shares are to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.

Admission is expected to commence on 17 December 2021.

 

This notification is provided in accordance with paragraph 3.3.5R of the Listing Rules.
