CHANGE IN DIRECTOR'S PARTICULARS

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company advises that Michael Shallow (Non-Executive Director) resigned as a Non Executive Director of Spice plc on 2 December 2010, following the announcement by Spice plc that the Scheme of Arrangement in respect of the acquisition of Spice plc by Cilantro Acquisitions has become effective.
