NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), I hereby inform you that Britvic plc ("the Company") was notified on 1 October 2010, in order to satisfy Disclosure Rule 3.1.2, that, Douglas Frost, a person discharging managerial responsibility and, Laura Frost, a connected person of Douglas Frost, each sold 15,000 (total 30,000) ordinary shares of 20 pence each, on 29 September 2010 at the price of 4.81 pence and 4.83 pence per share, respectively, representing, in aggregate, 0.001 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

Following the above transactions the total shareholdings of Mr. Frost and his connected persons is 172,522 ordinary shares of 20 pence each.
