NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY (PDMR) OR CONNECTED PERSONS

Britvic plc ("the Company") announces the following changes to the interests of a PDMR in the Company's ordinary shares of 20p each ("Shares").

On 15 December 2010, options granted under the rules of the Britvic Executive Share Option Plan with an exercise price of 245p per Share ("Options"), were exercised.

Details of the exercise and the subsequent sale of Shares are set out in the table below.
