NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), I hereby inform you that Britvic plc ("the Company") was notified on 8 March 2012, in order to satisfy Disclosure Rule 3.1.2, that, Joanne Averiss, a Non-Executive Director, purchased 6,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each on 7 March 2012 at the price of  381 pence per share, representing 0.002 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

Following the above transaction the total of Joanne Averiss' shareholding is 14,696 ordinary shares of 20 pence each, representing 0.006 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
