DIRECTORATE CHANGES

Further to the Company's announcement on 10 March 2014, the Company confirms that Michael Shallow has stepped down as an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company and that Ian McHoul, also an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, succeeds Michael Shallow as Chairman of the Audit Committee, both with immediate effect.

This announcement has been made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11.
