Britvic plc's announcement released on 30th December 2009 at 12.58 under RNS No 8363E has been amended.

Amendments are to Boxes 5 and 6 to reflect the correct and current year as '2009' whereas the original disclosure made by the Notifier to the Company on 30th December 2009 inadvertently stated the year as '2008'.  The Notifier has subsequently amended and re-issued their 30th December 2009 disclosure.
