Appointment of Director
The Board of Brooks Macdonald Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment
of Nicholas Hugh Lawes as a Director of the company with immediate effect.
Nicholas, aged 43, will take specific board responsibility for the financial
consulting part of the Group.
Nicholas has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years and he
joined Brooks Macdonald in 2003 as a Director of Financial Consulting. He was
previously a Director of John Lamb Partnership Limited.
Nicholas has a shareholding of 32,300 shares in the Company. He is a member of
the 3 year SAYE scheme and he has two sets of options under the EMI scheme -
14,000 options @ 140p granted 4 March 2005 exercisable between 5 March 2008 and
4 March 2015 and 10,000 options @ 155.5p granted 31 October 2005 exercisable
between 2 November 2008 and 31 October 2015.
There are no further disclosures in accordance with Schedule Two paragraph (g)
of the AiM Rules.
