The Company has today received notice, that the following Directors of the Company have exercised their maturing rights to purchase shares under the Company's 2005 Sharesave scheme.

Pursuant to the above Directors purchases and additional staff purchases, under the scheme, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 161,462 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM ('Admission'). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 10th June 2008.
