The Company received notice on 29 September 2011 that, on the same day, Mrs Diane Seymour-Williams, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 2,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £12.47per Ordinary Share.

Following the above purchase of Ordinary Shares, Mrs Diane Seymour-Williams beneficial interest in the Company is 2,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.02%of the Company's issued share capital.
