The Company received notice on 26 November 2012 that, on the same day, Diane Seymour-Williams, a Director of the Company, bought 1,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,320 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of the above dealing, Diane's beneficial interest in the Company is 5,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
