Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed on 14 March 2019 that Caroline Connellan Chief Executive of the Company, exercised an award over 2,312 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") granted under the 2017 Brooks Macdonald Long Term Incentive Scheme (the "Scheme").  Following the exercise 1,087 Shares were sold to meet the income tax and National Insurance liabilities due. 

The Shares to satisfy the exercise of the award were transferred from the Brooks Macdonald Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT").   The Company was notified by RBC cees Trustee Limited, as trustees of the EBT that following this transfer the EBT now holds 275,609 Shares, representing 1.98% of the Company's total voting rights.
