On 28 May 2019, Caroline Connellan, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, transferred, via sale and purchase, 1,015 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company (the "Shares").  She sold 1,015 Shares at the price of £19.55 per Share from an account in her own name and bought 1,015 Shares at a price of £19.58 per Share to be held in her ISA.
