Director Shareholdings

The Company has received notice that certain directors have sold shares, exercised options or transferred shares between spouses as set out below: 

Nick Holmes has today exercised EMI options over 4,500 ordinary shares of Brooks Macdonald ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Option Shares") at an exercise price of 215 pence per Ordinary Share. Nick Holmes has also today transferred 4,100 Ordinary Shares to his SIPP. Nick Holmes and his wife have also sold 3,400 Ordinary Shares today at a price of 1,700 pence per Ordinary Share.

Simon Wombwell's wife has today transferred 35,000 shares to Simon Wombwell.

Simon Jackson's wife has today transferred 11,847 Ordinary Shares to Simon Jackson and Christopher Knight has today transferred 71,585 Ordinary Shares to his wife.

The table below sets out beneficial holdings following the arrangements set out above.

Application is today being made to the London Stock Exchange for the Option Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 5 May 2016. The enlarged issued share capital of Brooks Macdonald following the admission to trading of the Option Shares will be 13,681,856 Ordinary Shares.
