Exercise of Options and Employee Benefit Trust Dealings
The Company has received notice that, on 20 March 2018, an employee has exercised options over a total of 431 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Barclays Sharesave Scheme 2015 / 2016.
Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made an application today to the London Stock Exchange for 431 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 26 March 2018.
The Company also received notice on 20 March 2018 by RBC cees Trustee Limited as trustees of the Brooks Macdonald Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), that the EBT transferred 184 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company ("Shares") to meet employee awards under the 2015 and 2016 Long Term Incentive Scheme (the "Scheme").
Following this transfer the EBT now holds 186,761 ordinary shares, representing 1.35% of the Company's current voting rights.
The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, who have been granted awards under the Scheme.
Following this notification, the Company has 13,831,962 Ordinary Shares in issue.
