Exercise of Options

The Company has received notice that a number of employees of the Company exercised options over an aggregate 12,590 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") of which 9,590 options were exercised in accordance with the Barclays Sharesave Scheme 2008 and 3,000 options were exercised in accordance with the Enterprise Management Scheme.

Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 12,590 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 5 July 2011.

Following this notification, the Company has 10,788,167 Ordinary Shares in issue.
