Exercise of Options

A number of employees of the Company have exercised options over an aggregate 33,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Enterprise Management Scheme.

Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 33,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 27 October 2010.

Following this notification, the Company has 10,544,748 Ordinary Shares in issue.
