Exercise of Options

The Company received notice on 21 June 2010 that a number of employees of the Company exercised options over an aggregate 40,938 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") of which 31,438 options were exercised pursuant to the Barclays Sharesave Scheme 2007 and 9,500 options were exercised pursuant to the Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme.

Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 40,938 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 25 June 2010.

Following this notification, the Company has 10,245,171 Ordinary Shares in issue.
