Quarterly Announcement of Discretionary Funds Under Management

Brooks Macdonald Group plc (the "Group"), the AIM listed integrated wealth management group, today announces an update on its discretionary funds under management, ahead of its Annual General Meeting being held later this morning.

As at 30 September 2011 discretionary funds under management were GBP £2.904bn (30 June 2011: £2.970bn).

Clarke Willmott Investment Management Team

The acquisition of the Clarke Willmott team and set up of the new Taunton office is proceeding to plan and as expected is due to be completed on 31 October 2011, when a further announcement will be made.
