Award of share options and issue of shares

Share options
The Board of Brooks Macdonald plc announces that the remuneration committee have
granted options under the Company's existing Enterprise Management Initiative
Scheme ('EMI Scheme') over a total of 172,500 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the
Company ('Shares') to 16 senior employees, and to the four executive directors
of the Company as follows:
Christopher Macdonald 10,000 options at 155.5p
Jonathan Gumpel 10,000 options at 155.5p
Richard Spencer 10,000 options at 155.5p
Simon Jackson 20,000 options at 155.5p
The total number of options now held by each of the four executive directors as
part of the EMI scheme is as follows:
Christopher Macdonald 10,000
Jonathan Gumpel 10,000
Richard Spencer 10,000
Simon Jackson 60,000
Issue of shares
The Board of Brooks Macdonald Group plc announces that 2,100 Shares have been
issued today, under the Employee Free Share Scheme, to seven employees of the
Company.
Following this issue, the Company has 9,813,100 Shares in issue.
