Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules' ongoing disclosure requirements for issuers, the Company notifies the market that:

The Company's issued share capital consists of 9,985,062 ordinary shares of 1p each with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in Treasury.

The above figure of 9,985,062 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
