Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for 2,387,644 Ordinary shares of 25p each ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List under an Ordinary Share Blocklisting Facility to enable the Company to issues shares to the market to satisfy ongoing investor demand.

The Shares may be issued, in whole or in part, for cash from time to time provided that such issues will be made at prices above the then prevailing net asset value per share. Any Shares will, when issued, rank equally with the existing Ordinary shares of the Company.
