that have taken place by the Company which increased the notifier's percentage
interest.



This holding comprises 3,690,405 shares (16.09%) held through savings schemes
managed by F&C on behalf of clients who have absolute discretion regarding
dealing, voting and offer acceptance decisions. The remaining 3,032,840 shares
(13.22%) include the holding by Foreign & Colonial Investment Trust plc
(12.94%).

F&C Asset Management plc is a subsidiary of Friends Provident plc by virtue of
which it is deemed to be interested in the shares held by F&C.
