The Company announces that the unaudited estimate of the total assets of F&C U.S. Smaller Companies PLC as at 05 March 2014 was £159.819 million. The net asset value per Ordinary share excluding income and expenses is estimated to have been 667.59p each and the net asset value per Ordinary share including income and expenses is estimated to have been 664.97p.
