The Company announces that the unaudited estimate of the total assets of F&C U.S. Smaller Companies PLC as at 24 February 2014 was £155.966 million. The net asset value per Ordinary share excluding income and expenses is estimated to have been 651.43p each and the net asset value per Ordinary share including income and expenses is estimated to have been 648.94p.
