The Company announces that the unaudited estimate of the total assets of F&C U.S. Smaller Companies PLC as at 31 March 2014 was £161.263 million. The net asset value per Ordinary share excluding income and expenses is estimated to have been 673.40p each and the net asset value per Ordinary share including income and expenses is estimated to have been 670.98p.
