The Company announces that the unaudited estimate of the total assets of F&C U.S. Smaller Companies PLC as at 27 February 2014 was £157.522 million. The net asset value per Ordinary share excluding income and expenses is estimated to have been 657.91p each and the net asset value per Ordinary share including income and expenses is estimated to have been 655.41p.
