The Company announces that the unaudited estimate of the total assets of F&C U.S. Smaller Companies PLC as at 03 April 2014 was £163.455 million. The net asset value per Ordinary share excluding income and expenses is estimated to have been 682.51p each and the net asset value per Ordinary share including income and expenses is estimated to have been 680.10p.
