The Company announces that the unaudited estimate of the total assets of F&C U.S. Smaller Companies PLC as at 28 March 2014 was £159.190 million. The net asset value per Ordinary share excluding income and expenses is estimated to have been 664.71p each and the net asset value per Ordinary share including income and expenses is estimated to have been 662.35p.
