18 May 2015 The Company announces the following unaudited estimates as at 15 May 2015: Total Assets excluding current year income and expenses £175.465 million including current year income and expenses £174.851 million Net asset value per Ordinary share excluding current year income and expenses 730.07p including current year income and expenses 727.51p The Company does not expect to generate sufficient revenue receipts in excess of revenue expenses for the net asset value per Ordinary Share including current year income and expenses to exceed the net asset value per Ordinary share excluding current year income and expenses (the 'capital' net asset value).  While the estimated capital net asset value is estimated as shown above, the figure inclusive of current year income and expenses is considered to be the more useful estimate of the Company's current net asset value.
