Result of Annual General Meeting

Following the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which was held earlier today, the Board is pleased to announce that all ordinary and special resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed on a show of hands.

As previously disclosed in the Company's Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2021, Peter Barton and Gordon Grender retired at the end of the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today.
