Retirement of Fund Manager

The Board of Jupiter US Smaller Companies PLC has been advised by the Investment Adviser, Jupiter Asset Management Limited, that Robert Siddles, the fund manager of the Company since 2001, has, for family reasons, decided to retire with effect from April 2021.

The Board would like to extend its thanks to Robert for the strong long-term performance he has delivered to shareholders over the last 19 years across a variety of market conditions, and would like to wish Robert all the best in his retirement.

As a result of Robert's retirement, the Board will review options for the future management of the Company, and will make a further announcement in due course .
