The Company was advised on 2 October 2007 that Fidelity International Limited
(FIL) and its direct and indirect subsidiaries had reduced the number of
ordinary shares held by them in the Company to 13,184,635 ordinary shares of 
11 1/9p each. This shareholding now represents 4.89% of the current issued share
capital of the Company.
