Change of Name of Investment Manager

The company announces that the name of its investment manager changed from RCM (UK) Limited ("RCM UK") to Allianz Global Investors Europe GmbH ("AllianzGI Europe") with effect from 31 October 2013. This follows from a merger within Allianz Global Investors Group of RCM UK into AllianzGI Europe.

The existing management and administration agreement between the company and RCM UK Limited will transfer to AllianzGI Europe and the terms of this agreement remain unchanged.  The management and administrative services previously provided by RCM UK will now be provided out of the UK Branch of AllianzGI Europe by the same team and individuals.
