The directors are pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Harrison to the board of The Brunner Investment Trust PLC as a non-executive director with effect from 1 January 2013.  

Peter is Chairman and CEO of RWC Partners. He was previously the Global Chief Investment Officer of Deutsche Asset Management Group, and CIO responsible for Global Equities and Balanced mandates at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Peter began his asset management career in 1988 at Schroders as an equity analyst and moved to Newton Asset Management in 1991.

There are no other details requiring disclosure in respect of this appointment under paragraph 9.6.13  of the Listing Rules of the FSA.
