re-purchased 50,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0.085% of the issued
class of capital), at 354p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the re-purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares is due on
25th April 2002 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to
58,733,416 Ordinary 25p Shares.
