re-purchased 25,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0.043% of the issued
class of capital), at 312.624p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the re-purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares is due on
19th June 2002 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to
58,163,416 Ordinary 25p Shares.
