re-purchased 35,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0. 06% of the issued
class of capital), at 264p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the re-purchased 35,000 Ordinary Shares is due on
22nd November 2002 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to
57,462,416 Ordinary 25p Shares.
