The Brunner Investment Trust PLC announces that on 29 March 2011 it purchased 25,000 Ordinary 25p Shares (representing 0.06% of the issued class of capital) at 407.00p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 1 April 2011 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 45,295,805 Ordinary Shares.
