purchased 75,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0.14% of the issued class of
capital), at 264p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 75,000 Ordinary Shares is due on
12th December 2003 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to
54,900,416 Ordinary 25p Shares.
