50,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0.09% of the issued class of capital), 
at 269p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 7 
May 2004 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 54,070,416 
Ordinary 25p Shares.
