89,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0.17% of the issued class of capital),
at 253p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 89,000  Ordinary Shares is due on
29 July 2004 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 53,471,416
Ordinary 25p Shares.
