165,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0.31% of the issued class of
capital), at 265.303p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 165,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 5
July 2004 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 53,765,416
Ordinary 25p Shares.
