The Brunner Investment Trust PLC announces that on 14 November 2008 it purchased 50,000 Ordinary 25p Shares (representing 0.11% of the issued class of capital) at 298p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 19 November 2008 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 47,065,015 Ordinary Shares.
