37,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0.07% of the issued class of capital),
at 323.25p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 37,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 5
September 2005 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to
50,210,338 Ordinary 25p Shares.
