purchased 30,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0.06% of the issued class of
capital), at 344p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 30,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 3
October 2005 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 50,180,338
Ordinary 25p Shares.
