19,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0.04% of the issued class of capital),
at 377p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 19,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 30
May 2006 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 49,069,338
Ordinary 25p Shares.
