60,000 Ordinary 25p Shares (representing 0.13% of the issued class of capital)
at 468.92p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 60,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 19
December 2007 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 47,365,115
Ordinary 25p Shares.
